An effective way to gain an overview of any health resources on the World Wide Web is to use one of the Internet meta-directories that give categorized listings of relevant sites. Medscape
Medscape is now part of WebMD Corporation and there are advertisements on the site. A one-time, free registration to Medscape is required for access to the Medscape database of full-text articles and full text electronic journals.  The resource is primarily an information and education resource for physicians. The content is organized by specialty so you can make Women's Health your home page and access the Women's Health e-Journal.
